SCREEN PRINTING

There are several different types of screen printing that we offer to match the style and effect that you are looking to achieve.

STANDARD PLASTISOL

Plastisol ink is the most common type of screen printing ink. It is great for printing on a wide variety of garments and is known for its opacity and durability. Plastisol works great on all different color garments and can be printed on cotton, blends, polyester, and nylon. We only use the highest quality phthalate-free inks for softest feel, highest opacity, and longest durability.

SOFT HAND PLASTISOL

Soft-hand plastisol prints give you a soft, thin, print that you can barely feel. This process is great for tone-on-tone on dark garments, or to get that vintage worn and washed feeling.

WATER-BASED DISCHARGE

Discharge printing uses a water-based ink that bleaches out the dye in the shirt and replaces it with the ink color. This process is great for creating vibrant colors with a super soft feel. After one wash you won't be able to feel the ink at all. This process only works on certain brands and colors so results may vary.

DISTRESSED//VINTAGE PRINT

A distressed/vintage print will give you that washed, worn, and aged looking print. If you want your shirt to look like its decades old, this is the style for you. You can send your artwork already distressed or we can do it for you. We will print with soft hand plastisols so the print is less opaque and has a great feel.
